The HQ Event is an Up-Scale, Next-Generation Booth Show that will physically bring together Counter-Culture Industry Professionals in an atmosphere supported by cutting edge technology offering measurable results.

The cost to exhibit starts at $34.95 per square foot for the booth space.  Modifications of your booth beyond the furniture, etc. may include an extra cost.

Both Exhibitors and Buyers are invited to register now to  take advantage of Pre-Registration Perks such as a Complimentary Night's Stay for Buyers and Advanced  Marketing Support for Exhibitors. Walk-Ups will be allowed during the event after completing on-site registration.  

What is included in the cost of a Deluxe (Standard) booth?

What is included in the cost of a Deluxe (Standard) booth?

The Deluxe 10 x 10 space includes four event badges (each badge must be registered for by booth staff individually,) one table, two chairs, a waste basket, pipe and drape, access to The HQ Event App, and a Post-Show Attendee Contact List.

The Trade Show Sales Team will review the information submitted by your company. Upon approval to attend, they will contact you regarding space available free hotel stays and answer any other questions you might have.  Remember, there is no-cost to attend this show!

The Trade Show Sales Team will review the information submitted by your company and determine which category is best suited for your company and its products. This review takes about one week. They will then contact you upon approval with a space application, floor plans, etc.

Exhibitors will receive a marketing kit which includes complimentary and paid services to help market your company before, during and after The HQ Event.  This information is available in mid-June, 2020. The HQ Event will take place January 14-1`5, 2021 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans. 

Show times are 9:30am to 6:00pm.
